Job Description

An exciting opportunity exists to join the Linked Community Services Team as the Marketing Manager. You will play a key role and contribute to its leadership, governance and strategic direction as we continue to grow.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Marketing Manager is a high-level strategic leadership position within the Executive team. The Marketing Manager will provide key strategic support to the business through the development and delivery of a detailed Marketing Strategy. Based on market analysis the role will target and support business development leading to an expanded service delivery model, growth and profitability.  The position is responsible for coordinating all Marketing and communications across the geographic footprint, ensuring service and funding targets are met by fostering a culture of service excellence and innovation.

ABOUT YOU

Essential Criteria:

  1. Tertiary qualification in a Marketing and Communications.
  2. Significant experience at a senior level (min 5 years).
  3. High degree of working knowledge of relevant computer software packages relating to graphic design, website content management systems and desktop publishing, social media management.
  4. Experience in community services, service design and development.
  5. Experience in research, supporting tender preparation and grant submission through targeted marketing initiatives.
  6. Strong influencing skills and demonstrated achievements in stakeholder engagement.
  7. High-level communication, negotiation, emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
  8. Demonstrated ability to deliver highly effective marketing campaigns that produce tangible and measurable outcomes within budget expenditure
  9. Professional resilience and proven capacity to work at an Executive level.
